Our Tarriffs
Sycamore Lodge – From £140 – £170 dependant on season and weekday/weekend
Oak – From £130 – £160 dependant on season and weekday/weekend
Please note we operate a 2 night minimum stay policy.
Dogs
Being dog lovers ourselves, we are happy to accept well behaved dogs by arrangement. To cover additional cleaning costs as part of a deep clean, dogs will no longer be charged per night but will be charged as follows:
£20 per stay
Please be aware that dogs must not sit on any of the bedroom furniture or be left unattended at any time.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 14 days from arrival will incur no charges. Cancellation within 14 – 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of £50 if we are unable to re-book your room. Cancellations made less than 7 days from arrival will incur a full charge for all nights booked unless we are able to re-book your room. Holiday insurance is strongly advised.

As per our standard booking conditions, we will take card details to secure your booking. Payment will be taken on arrival.

Our Tarriffs

Oak – From £115 – £145 dependant on season and weekday/weekend
Beech – From £115 – £145 dependant on season and weekday/weekend.
Minimum Stay
Please note we operate a 2 night minimum stay policy. At present, a 2 night stay will attract a £25 surcharge to cover the cost of a deep clean and suitable PPE for our cleaning staff. Stays of 3 nights or more will not attract any surcharge.

Covid -19 Cancellation Policy Update:
Bookings are subject to our normal cancellation conditions, however if a customer is unwell and concerned that they may be infected with Covid 19, have been in contact with someone with symptoms, or are subject to local restrictions, we will accept cancellations up to the day before arrival at no charge.
Guests should note that all bookings are subject to government led instructions and may have to be cancelled at very short notice if required.

As per our standard booking conditions, we will take card details to secure your booking. To reduce face to face contact your card will be charged manually when you arrive and a receipt will be delivered to your room.
